Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable or hazardous goods

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the quickest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
